对谬解中医的一些批判
以下是我自己的理解
中医的根源
阴阳、五行等等，是古人对身体运行机理的研究，是参照当时对物质世界的理解而来的。是一种朴素理论。
这种理解在现代来看无法形式化，我们不称其现行意义下的科学，但应该要承认，其背后对应着某种尚目前尚不明白其机制的科学规律，或好，或坏，或共同作用，或各起好坏不同的作用。
常见的谬误
说几种常见谬误，这也是我自己的朴素理解。
西医治不了，中医能治。
无具体事实，夸大性陈述，显然是错误的。
湿气
湿不是干湿的湿，气更不是气体。湿气重是一种“非易于更新”环境中的机体运行状态。
所以有人说罐子拔出了水珠，就是湿气，放P。拔罐是加速了血液循环，使机体受到了由此带来的影响。做研究，不是研究湿气在哪里，而是研究这种影响是什么。
上火
上火不是点了堆火让你站上去，更不是肚子里有堆火。
上火，起名于类似症状给来带来的热、痛的感受。并观察到这种症状与一些行为有关，由此称做某某事吃某某东西会上火。吃辣椒会上火，睡不好会上火，生气会上烽。这种均可能导致热痛等症状的情况，是否是因为其在背后存在机制的共通之处，是否可以由特定的方法排除这种机制，从而缓解消除特定的症状，所谓治根。但这种机制性的共通处，以及如何排除，尚未得到透彻的研究，机制原理思路方法都还是处在朴素的阶段。
吃什么补什么
这是朴素的营养学观察，不是中医。原理是类似的部位有类似的构成，补充类似的构成，机体有望合成并补充到相应的部位。有人拿咖啡豆像肾的说法，如果你的肾是咖啡豆组成的，那就应该多吃咖啡豆，绝对没错。
